Refund & Return Policy – Clippy Co

At Clippy Co, we take pride in maintaining quality and hygiene standards.

Returns:
Due to the nature of hair accessories and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been delivered.

Damaged or Wrong Product:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos or videos. We will review and provide a replacement or refund if applicable.

Refunds:
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Cancellations:
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
